You’re overwhelmed, anxious, depressed, in emotional distress, dealing with something difficult, or just want someone confidential to talk to. Offers counseling, psychiatric care, urgent appointments, referrals, and 24/7 phone support.

You’re sick, injured, need sexual/reproductive health care, STI testing, contraception, PrEP, vaccines, gender-affirming care, or other medical care. UHS is a confidential resource.

Something in your life is making it difficult to function academically or personally and you don’t know which office you need. SSR coordinates care across campus resources and helps students navigate complicated situations.

You have a conflict or university problem and want a confidential, informal person to help you understand options or navigate it.

You’re looking for lower-stakes wellness support, mindfulness, spiritual/religious resources, community connection, personal-development programming, or spaces to decompress.
